First and foremost, we’re sincerely sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with our ticketing system today. We’ve spent the last few weeks preparing for ticket sales to start today but experienced some very unfortunate (to put it mildly) technical issues beyond anything we could have anticipated. So we made the very difficult decision to stop the sale of passes and packages for the day so we can rectify the problems and restart the sale next week.
If you received a purchase confirmation, your sale will be honored. Our customer service agents are working to respond to your calls and emails. Plenty of inventory remains so don’t worry if you weren’t able to purchase today. If you’re on our email list we’ll send you more specific information about ticketing reopening and we will post updates on our site, too.
Again, we’re really sorry about this and very much appreciate your patience with our systems today. We love the excitement for our 2016 Festival and will to do everything we can to make sure you have a smoother experience when we reopen next week.
