On October 21, 1994, Heather Donahue, Joshua Leonard, and Michael Williams hiked into Maryland’s Black Hills Forest to shoot a documentary on local legend “The Blair Witch.” They were never heard from again. One year later, their footage was found, capturing the terrifying events that led up to their disappearance.

Artist Bio

Daniel Myrick

Daniel Myrick is best known as co-writer/co-director of The Blair Witch Project, a seminal work in low budget filmmaking. Myrick then wrote and directed several other films, such as Solstice, The Objective, and Under the Bed. His latest film, Skyman, a sci-fi docudrama, is scheduled for a 2019 release.


Eduardo Sanchez

Eduardo Sanchez was born in Cuba in 1968. It was at the University of Central Florida where Eduardo met his Haxan Films partners, and in 1998 he co-wrote and co-directed The Blair Witch Project. He has continued directing indie features and has recently made the move into television. He is currently the producing director of the USA show Queen of the South.
