This elegantly animated fictional miniseries takes the audience to a place few have ever been—inside the mind of a police dispatcher. Ted (Martin Starr), a small-town dispatcher, picks up a call during an all-night crime spree and faces one of the biggest challenges of his career. He is suddenly thrust into a situation where he is no longer a witness to whatever happens on the other end of the line, but rather, the only person who can determine the life or death of the victim.
