Powered by a massive arsenal of digital archives and natural language processing (NLP), this nascent, conversational CHOMSKY_AI learns from us while positing a core question: If we know so little about how our brain works, what exactly are we trying to replicate with AI? And what are we neglecting?
Sandra Rodriguez, PhD, is a creative director and sociologist of media technologies. She directs and produces award-winning (including a Golden Nica from the 2019 Prix Ars Electronica) feature documentaries, web documentaries, and VR/XR projects. A consultant for public and private studios, Rodriguez has presented work at the Cannes Film Festival, the UN, the World Economic Forum, DOK Neuland, and more. As a visiting scholar, she leads MIT's very first class on XR creation.
