Our 10-day Festival welcomes more than 124,000 attendees and spreads out across three locations: Park City, Salt Lake City, and Sundance Mountain Resort near Provo. Each city is separated by a 30- to 75-minute drive, so make sure to plan your schedule accordingly.
The Festival map includes details on every theater, venue, and shuttle route you’ll need. Pick up a printed program guide containing the map at any Festival theater or venue, or access it through the 2020 Sundance Film Festival mobile app (available in the App Store and on Google Play), or at sundance.org/map.

ShuttleThere’s one key to navigating the Festival in Park City: use the free Festival shuttles! There is no parking at Park City theaters and venues, but the shuttle system visits every Festival theater and venue in town.Make sure to plan ahead and estimate your travel time using the Festival map. If you need assistance, volunteers are always ready to help at all main shuttle stops. All routes have wheelchair-accessible shuttles; see the Accessibility section below for more information.

At Sundance Institute, we believe in the magic of the cinematic experience. Nothing can replace discovering a new filmmaker or movie with a community of independent film lovers. To honor the craftsmanship of our filmmakers, each of our theaters is outfitted with Dolby Digital Sound and projected with Barco D-Cinema projectors.
We recommend arriving at your screening 45 minutes before start time. Please note, ticket holders must be in line 15 minutes before the scheduled start time or their seat may be forfeited.
Concessions are available at most theaters. Note: At The Ray Theatre, there are no concessions. At the Salt Lake City Library Theatre, Park Avenue Theatre, and Sundance Mountain Resort Screening Room, there are food options on site but no concessions.

Festival stores are your place to find official Sundance Film Festival clothing, accessories, and collectibles. This year’s merchandise includes apparel for all ages, plus posters, coffee mugs, tote bags, and much more!

Accessible parking at theaters is very limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage all patrons to use the accessible shuttle.
Once at a theater, any patron requesting an accessible accommodation with accessibility needs, including a wheelchair space or an assistive-listening device, should speak with a Festival staff member as soon as they arrive.
Park City Parking and Transit Accessibility
All Festival routes have wheelchair accessible shuttles, and drivers are trained to provide assistance to those who may need it. Please visit the Sundance Film Festival Map for detailed transit routes and access locations.
Park City Transit also offers door-to-door paratransit service for passengers who are unable to use the fixed-route service. Guests requiring this service must apply at least three weeks prior to the Festival.

There is no parking of any kind on Main Street. There is limited accessible parking nearby. We encourage all patrons to take the fully accessible shuttle system to the OId Town Transit Center. Patrons with accessibility needs can be dropped off on or near Main Street. Please refer to the theater- and venue-specific accessibility information for details on parking at theaters and venues.
Sundance Film Festival honors all DMV-issued ADA placards, however, parking is limited and a DMV-issued ADA placard does not guarantee parking at official Festival theatres and venues.
Sundance Film Festival does not issue any sort of accessible parking permit.

If you lose an item, please first check the place where you think you left it. If you still cannot find it, file a claim at sundance.crowdfind.com. Any unclaimed items will be donated to charity after February 14, 2020. For all items lost at non-Festival locations, contact the venue directly.
