Engaging Community Audiences through Independent Film, Music, and Theatre.

Sundance Institute hosts community programs both year-round and at the annual Sundance Film Festival to offer local audiences the chance to experience independent film, theatre, and music through free screenings and discussions.

Summer Screening Series

During the summer, we host an outdoor screening series at Red Butte Garden in Salt Lake City and at City Park in Park City. Grab a blanket, bring your friends, and enjoy Film Festival favorites under the stars.

Community Screenings

Throughout the year, Sundance Institute partners with community organizations to offer free screenings and discussions.

Sundance Film Festival Locals Screenings
