Sundance London Off and Running
The second Sundance London film and music festival kicked off Thursday at the O2, with Sundance Institute President and Founder Robert Redford and Sundance Film Festival Director John Cooper ushering in four days of films, discussions, and musical performances across the pond. Among the 30 feature-length and short films screening throughout the weekend is Francesca Gregorini’s Emanuel and the Truth About Fishes, a mesmerizing drama marked by an ethereal ambiance that stars Jessica Biel and Kaya Scodelario. Gregorini recently touched on the personal plight that informed her mind-warping script in this Q&A prior to the film’s UK premiere.
