Focus Forward is an unprecedented new series of 30 three-minute stories about innovative people who are reshaping the world through act or invention, directed by the world's most celebrated documentary filmmakers. The Challenge

If you have an idea for a three-minute nonfiction film around the theme of invention and innovation, then it's time to get to work! GE and CINELAN are giving away $200,000 in cash prizes to the top five entries in our Focus Forward Filmmaker Challenge, with $100,000 going to the Grand Prize Winner. Submissions are open. Winners will be announced at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. Details here.
