Panels & Conversations
Delve into the art, culture, and commerce of cinema. With the independent film world changing every day, Festival panels offer in-depth conversation, lively debate, and critical insight into a broad range of issues. Some of the 2012 panels included Power of Story with Nick Fraser, Soledad O'Brien, and Robert Redford, as well as a special team-up with The New York Times for TimesTalks with Spike Lee, David Carr, and others.
At the Lodge
At the Lodge is a series of daily panels hosted at the Filmmaker Lodge, a casual meeting place for filmmakers and Festivalgoers with a café and comfortable lounge.
Presented by Chase Sapphire PreferredSM
Start your day at Cinema Café. Each morning in the Filmmaker Lodge, Cinema Café revives the culture of conversation, offering audiences the opportunity to engage with Festival filmmakers and other notable guests in an informal dialogue over coffee and treats. Check back to see who will be at the Cinema Café this January.
