Day-of-show tickets are not available online. Any purchases for day-of-show tickets (including the early morning day-of-show releases) must be made in person at the main box offices.
You must pick up your tickets at Main Box Office locations
DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. Click here for Main Box Office hours of
operation. Theatre Box Offices will not have your tickets. Screenings take place in Park City, Salt Lake City, Ogden, and the Sundance Resort. There is no public transportation between these four cities. For more information about transportation, please review the Shuttles and Parking page for more information.
At the heart of the Sundance Film Festival are the films and the artists who make them, so the first thing you need to know is how to get Festival Passes, Ticket Packages, and Individual Tickets . It's actually a simple process, and the three steps below will get you started.

STEP ONE
Register online for Festival Passes and Ticket Packages OR Individual Tickets during the appropriate registration dates.
STEP TWO
Look for your e-mail notification. This e-mail will indicate whether or not you were randomly selected to receive a timeslot to purchase tickets, and will include detailed instructions on how to purchase tickets online or by phone. National/International Pass and Package Sales have now ended.
STEP THREE
Make your purchase! You may go online once your half-hour timeslot begins to make your purchase!
It's as easy as that!
Be sure to add festivaltickets@sundance.org to your address book or approved senders list to ensure that all e-mails from the Sundance Film Festival will reach you and not be filtered out by Spam Blockers. But don't worry if you don't get all the tickets you want or if the registration process isn't for you. We have other options for those of you who prefer to just show up to the festival and purchase your tickets once you arrive.

These tickets don't require a registration, and you can either go online or show up at one of our Main Box Office locations to purchase your tickets.
DAY-OF-SHOW SALES
January 18, 2008 - January 27, 2008
Didn't get the tickets you wanted to a sold-out screening? Come in to our Main Box Offices in Salt Lake City or Park City to get tickets to previously unavailable screenings. Each morning at 8:00 a.m., we release a limited number of tickets to that day's screenings. Tickets for each theatre's first screening of the day are released at 8:00 a.m. the day before. Day-of-show tickets must be purchased in-person; they are not available by phone or online.
WAIT-LIST TICKET SALES
January 17, 2008 - January 27, 2008
The Wait-List has become a Sundance tradition and each year hundreds of Festivalgoers see popular films without advance tickets. There's no need to go to the Main Box Office- just go directly to the theatre of the screening you wish to attend. Arrive two hours before the scheduled screening time to pick up your wait-list number (one per person). For each theatre's first screening of the day, wait-list numbers will be distributed one hour before the scheduled screening time. Once you have your number, you can go grab a coffee or a sandwich, but you must return no later than 30 minutes before the screening time. You'll then line up according to number, and tickets are sold in sequential order. The best part is that the tickets are only $10! Only cash is accepted, so be sure to stop by the ATM before coming to the theatres.
