Getting Around Park City

If you are going to be in Park City there’s one key to navigating the Festival: use the shuttle! It's free and hits every Festival Theatre and Venue. Plus it’s a great way to meet fellow Festival goers.

FAQ’s

Should I rent a car?
No. Parking does not exist at most theatres and venues. Parking is limited in Park City, and the FREE and convenient Festival shuttle is the best way to get around town.

How do I get around without a car?
The free shuttle travels frequently between venues. For transportation to and from the airport, click here. For additional route information, go to any Information Booth or shuttle stop, or ask a Festival Insider.

Where do I park if I need a car?
Park at your lodging or at a designated Park and Ride listed below.

•   The YARD (Park and Ride)
The YARD is the official site of the New Frontier venue. Park here to visit one of the most exciting Festival exhibits. The YARD also offers the easiest access to the Temple Theatre. Remember: There is NO parking at the Temple Theatre. The YARD is a large lot and is easily accessible for patrons going to Eccles Theatre, The MARC , Headquarters, and Prospector; and it's only a short walk to Holiday Village and The Yarrow. $15 cash fee per entry. The free Festival shuttle picks up right in front of The YARD.

•   China Bridge Parking Structure
The China Bridge Parking Structure is available to Festival patrons for a cash fee. It is located two blocks east of Main Street on Marsac Avenue. Perfect for a quick walk to the Egyptian Theatre, Sundance House, and other Main Street venues. NOTE: This facility is likely to reach capacity.
Smaller Parking Lots in Park City

•   Monitor Drive Parking Lot
Limited free parking. Monday-Friday, 3:00 p.m. to midnight. All day Saturday. NO PARKING ON SUNDAY. Within walking distance to Eccles Theatre and a short ride to The MARC.

•   Lots F/G
Limited parking is available. Cash fee per entry. Located on Prospector Avenue just south of Headquarters. It's a short walk to Prospector and Headquarters and a short shuttle ride to Eccles and The MARC.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING ABOUT THE TEMPLE THEATRE:
Located along Highway 224, Temple Theatre does not offer patron parking. Parking on the highway will result in immediate towing. For a convenient parking option, please refer to the new and improved YARD Park and Ride located on Kearns Blvd.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING ABOUT THE MARC THEATRE:
There is no patron parking at The Marc Theatre.  Parking on neighboring streets will result in towing.  For a convenient parking option, refer to The Yard Park and Ride, located on Kearns Blvd.
